As you can see in the before picture, there was an existing concrete patio that we removed before beginning the installation of the new patio, wall, and step at the sliding door.

We began with the wall installation so we could raise is to the needed elevation. Stone base was installed and the wall was constructed with EP Henry Coventry III – Pewter- two faced wall system. The final wall height was able to include proper height for a seating wall.

After the proper elevation and drainage were executed. It was then time for the patio pavers to be installed. We used Unilock Beacon Hill Flagstone smooth – Fossil. Next, Brown River Sand was swept into all joint and we installed edge restraint along all uncontained edges.

We finished by blending the edges into the existing grade of the lawn.
