Now’s the Time to think about Fall Maintenance Services
It's mid-July and the Summer vibes are in full swing, but before you know it, you'll be in full Pumpkin Spice mode! Now's the Time to request a quote for fall maintenance services!
Fall Maintenance services offered:
Fall Clean-up –
- Cutting back of perennials as needed.
- Trimming and pruning of shrubs as needed.
- Removal of all leaves and debris from the landscape and lawn areas.
- Removal of weeds from the beds.
- All leaves and debris would be hauled away unless directed otherwise.
- Walks, streets, and driveways would be blown off.
Fall Aerate & Overseed –
- Lawn area properly aerated to ensure air, nutrients and water are able to reach the roots of your lawn.
- Premium grass seed blend applied to the lawn after the aeration process has been performed.
- Starter fertilizer applied.
- This is a one time per season service to be completed in late September to early November.
Fall Pond Cleanout –
- Water would be pumped down to a level that would allow the pond to be serviced. The fish (if any) would not be removed, unless requested.
- Skimmer and biofalls would be cleaned.
- Boulders and gravel would be re-positioned as needed.
- Aquatic plants would be trimmed as needed.
- All debris would be removed.
- Pond refilled and the water dechlorinated as needed.
- Bacteria would be added to the water.
- The system would be restarted and adjusted as needed.
